the hotel is clean and well kept. the only downer to the experience is upon checkout I had to wait in the lobby for the shuttle. that was not the issue. the lobby attendant was carrying on a private phone call and she was extremely loud and blosterous. it was to the point I considered waiting outside. I've not ever seen such a non professional attendant like that in the past.

As always the staff was prompt, helpful and polite. The room and overall cleanliness of the establishment is exactly what you would expect from the brand, spotless, all toiletries stocked and linens freshly cleaned. The new pineapple guava passion juice at the breakfast really just was the icing on the cake for a perfect stay.

In that price class was this hotel one of the best which we have booked in US. It was clean, well maintained, it is not a new hotel, but still modern. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is american, but okay.

The property was well maintained, staff was friendly and professional. The location was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was of good value. staff at desk asked us where we were from and they noticed that we had a long ride, so they offered us some water.

Everything was fine except the directions for the airport shuttle. Your phone system appears to say we are to wait a customer area B4 (might have been B2), your operator said the shuttle comes every 30 minutes. We waited 45 min then called back, only to find out we were supposed to be at area P-something, near parking? After an hour of waiting I finally hailed a cab for $50+. At the end of a long day of travel, in a noisy airport, I's recommend your phone system needs to be Very Clear about where to wait. Another employee told me the person whose voice was used on the phone system message had an accent and agreed it wasn't clear where to wait, and that the message had still not been changed. This really affected our opinion of your property, despite everything else being good to excellent.
